Please read carefully our Refund and Cancellation Policy regarding our online astrological consulting services, available in our online store located at https://srimonicaastro.com

Deadline:

The deadline for canceling an order is 24 hours from the date you paid the order. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision using a clear statement, within 24 hours after the order has been taken place by e-mailing us to info@srimonicaastro.com.

After that, no refund policy will be applicable, only with the exception that you placed the order twice by mistake. The reason for this is because, as soon as, the order is placed and the Consultation Form is submitted the Chart is already being prepared to schedule the reading. Therefore, please be aware that the value that you are paying for the consultation is not only for the time spent during the reading but also for the time that is spent preparing and analyzing the chart before the reading is done. The analysis of the Chart is done before the day when the reading is done. So, please mindfully of the work that is being held before your actual reading.

We will reimburse you no later than 48 working hours from the day on which we receive the payment of you order. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Rules to be applied:

• A refund is available if you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours after the order is made.

• No refund is made after the Consultation Form is submitted.

• No refund is made after the Consultation or Reading is booked.

• No refund is made after the Consultation or Reading is performed (online or recorded) and sent to your email.

• No refunds are made if the client misses the Consultation or Reading without prior notice of 48 hours to a pre-scheduled reading.

Rules to be applied for failing to attend pre-booked readings:

• If, for any reason, you cannot attend an online pre-booked reading, you must notify 48 hours in advance informing that you cannot do so. In this case, the reading will be re-scheduled for the next appointment and no money will be withdrawn from the total amount paid for the order. You will remain with the credit of 100% of the total amount paid when you place your order.

• If, for any reason, you cannot attend an online pre-booked reading for the second time without 48 hours prior notice, 50% of the amount paid for your order will be retained, leaving 50% of the total amount paid previously available.

• If, for any reason, you cannot attend a pre-booked reading for the third time without 48 hours prior notice, 100% of the total amount paid for your order will be retained, leaving no credit for an online reading or consultation.

• The reason this action is being taken on my behalf is that, as I said previously I analyze the chart before the actual reading and, therefore, when the reading does not fulfill its purpose, it is not only affecting my time and availability but also other clients who are waiting and expecting their reading also. So, please be very mindful of others' time and efforts.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
